This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to organisation-wide planning, performance, and investment decision-making while helping leaders connect strategy with delivery.
About the role
Working closely with the Organisational Planning Manager, you'll support the development and delivery of integrated planning and performance processes that help ensure our strategic priorities translate into action.
You'll provide planning expertise, performance insights, and practical decision-support tools that enable leaders to understand progress, identify opportunities, and support informed decision making. You'll also play a key role in strengthening our organisational planning framework, including supporting capital investment planning and improving organisational reporting and business intelligence.
This role offers variety, visibility, and the opportunity to work across multiple parts of the organisation, partnering with leaders, researchers, and professional services teams to improve planning, performance, and organisational effectiveness.
About You
A collaborative and analytically minded professional, you enjoy turning complex information into meaningful insights that support better decision-making. You have experience in planning, performance reporting, strategy, business improvement, organisational development, or a related field, and are comfortable working across a range of stakeholders to align priorities and achieve outcomes. Building trusted relationships comes naturally, and you enjoy working with others to solve problems and improve organisational performance.
Naturally curious and insightful, you can identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Strong analytical and communication skills enable you to translate complex information into clear, practical insights that support leaders to make informed decisions. Whether developing reports, dashboards, planning tools, or performance measures, you bring a structured and solutions-focused approach to your work.
Motivated by continuous improvement, you enjoy helping organisations strengthen their planning, reporting, and decision-making capability. You thrive in environments where collaboration, adaptability, and innovation are valued, and are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes that support organisational success. Experience with organisational planning frameworks, business intelligence, performance reporting, or capital investment planning would be advantageous.
