The owner is currently on the tools seven days a week and needs good plumbers to take the pressure off. There is genuine urgency here and the right candidates will move quickly through the process.

• Earn 45 to 55 AUD per hour plus 12% super depending on experience
• Overtime at time and a half after 40 hours for those who want to push their earnings further

The Role

You will be working across residential, commercial, and civil infrastructure projects in and around Toowoomba. The bulk of the work is commercial and council infrastructure including water and sewerage projects. This is a Monday to Friday role with overtime available for those who want it.
Whether you call yourself a plumber, registered plumber, drainage plumber, or commercial plumber, the core requirement is the same: solid trade foundations and the ability to work across a varied commercial and infrastructure workload.
Day to day you will be across:

• Commercial plumbing installations and maintenance
• Council water and sewerage infrastructure projects
• Residential plumbing work as part of a varied workload
• Working across civil infrastructure and drainage systems
• Delivering quality workmanship on every job to a high standard
• Working as part of a tight-knit team of approximately 15 including apprentices

What We Need

• Certificate III in Plumbing and Drainage or NZ equivalent, non-negotiable
• Current White Card and valid driver's licence, both required
• Commercial plumbing and water or sewerage infrastructure experience, this is the primary focus
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail, poor workmanship is a hard disqualifier
• Genuine willingness to relocate to Toowoomba long-term
• Residential plumbing experience is a bonus but not the core requirement
