About the Role
This role sits at the heart of clinical digital transformation, supporting the implementation of key digital systems and tools across hospital services. You will work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure successful go-live delivery, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting issues in real time, and ensuring staff are confident using new systems.
Youll play a key role in assessing service readiness, supporting training and adoption, and embedding new ways of working into frontline care. This is a delivery-focused role where your ability to engage stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes will directly contribute to improved patient and staff experience.

About you
You bring practical experience delivering digital or clinical system implementations in complex environments, with a strong focus on outcomes, adoption, and service impact. You have a clinical background or deep familiarity with clinical environments, giving you the credibility and insight to work alongside frontline teams and translate digital change into real-world practice.
