About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga
A Day Full of Purpose, People and Problem-Solving.
You’ll play a key part in coordinating care and support for clients, ensuring services are set up smoothly and delivered when they’re needed most. Your day may involve managing new referrals, supporting clients over the phone, assisting Support Workers with schedules, working with funders and responding to last-minute roster changes. This is a busy, people-focused role where you’ll juggle priorities, solve problems and work closely with your team to keep services running smoothly. You’ll be part of a supportive environment where communication, collaboration and care are at the heart of everything you do. Most importantly, you’ll make a genuine difference by helping people receive the support they need to live well at home.
This is a full time permanent position - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm based in our Albany office in Auckland.
