Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a purpose-driven Kiwi company? We’re on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team at our Parnell warehouse.

This is a full time role , working Monday through Friday with some flexibility required during peak periods. You’ll be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team that takes pride in what they do and enjoys working together to get the job done.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be involved in all aspects of stock handling, from inwards to outwards, including:

• Receiving, checking, barcoding, and carefully storing incoming stock

• Picking and packing customer and store orders to Flo & Frankie’s high standard

• Confidently operating our Warehouse Management System and workflow processes (full training provided)

• Keeping warehouse spaces tidy, organised, and safe at all times

• Using warehouse equipment (such as order pickers and pallet jacks) safely and efficiently

• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries

• Supporting stocktakes and inventory checks, and reporting any discrepancies

• Pitching in with general warehouse tasks to keep things running smoothly

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Great attention to detail and pride in doing things right

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

• Clear communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team

• Confidence to take direction and work independently when needed

• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet, lifting and moving stock

• Warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not essential - we’ll teach the right person

• Full driver’s licence preferred
