Very easy but don’t be fooled make sure you are not just getting sold to so all the other sales representatives jobs. I was sold right away and didn’t even finish paperwork before thrown on the phones to sale for other agents

They set up a time to meet with the manager and hr, welcome you into a conference room, and start telling you about the company, basically it’s a bunch of office people who have never done sales expecting you to do a commission only job and take it seriously
