Farmers Insurance Group Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Good experience -interview was difficult but they allowed plenty of time to get questions and nerves out , not your average interview questions are intensive so be prepared to be thrown curve balls

I was contacted quickly and had one interview. The HR rep was cordial and straightforward. She advised that a decision would be made quickly and the the associate rep called within 48 hours to present the offer. Questions covered situations and events on various customer interactions from negative, to positive and how would one handle one she presented.
