👍 Pros: • HR intern was polite and responsive in arranging sessions. • Clear scheduling, no long delays between rounds. 👎 Cons: • Interviewers seemed disengaged, one did not even introduce himself or turn on camera. • Questions were generic and not aligned with the role’s technical scope. • Role appears to be mostly execution work under managers in China, with little ownership. • No clear explanation of team structure or growth opportunities. The process left me feeling like the role is more about being a task executor (“just add features, reports”) than owning or shaping backend systems. Good for someone who wants a stable corporate environment, but not for candidates looking for meaningful technical ownership or career progression.

Great overall experience—well-organised process with respectful and friendly interviewers. No major complaints; felt comfortable and appreciated throughout the interview. Would happily recommend to others considering opportunities here. Central location. Interview was a blend of technical and soft skill questions.
